Printed Solutions

We offer a simple but effective style of printing. Using a per colour costing solution, all costs are laid out in our quotes and NO hidden costs will occur at any point. All of our USB drives are Silk Screened by machines and can print up to 4 colours onto a single location. Machinery is used to ensure all our printing is to the highest standards and this ensures that the representation of your company on our flash drives is always at its highest.

USBPen.co.uk uses screen printing which has been known as silk-screening to print your logo onto a flash drive, screen printing uses a technique that generates a stencil and a porous fabric. The screen is made from finely woven fabric stretched over a frame. Areas of the screen are covered with a waterproof stencil which is a positive of the image to be printed. The remaining, non-covered areas are where the paint goes. When printing multi-colour logos, a new stencil is made for each colour and the different colours printed sequentially.

Personal data pre-loaded

File loading is the single most exclusive way of ensuring that your clients see what you want them to see. This could be a power point presentation, excel spread sheet, video file, song, word document or any other type of data, we will load your personalised flash drives with your data for you.

Engraving

Engraving is best used when the logo is just one colour – it works by using a diamond tipped pencil like component, linked to a computer – this then draws the design onto the metal of the flash drive.
